I may be a socialist, but I'm still a Dem first. Constitutional crisis?
A wise man said in regarding the election of 2000: "We are in a constitutional crisis"

George W. Bush has been proven truly incomptent, after the judicial branch interfered with the Constitution because the correct response was to let the legislative body handle it. True, GWB would have won based under the scenario of the 2000 Congressional body, but the important thing was that Bush chose the wrong path.
