Does Bush* even know he lost the debate?
Surely no one in his circle told him that. He doesn't read, so all his information is filtered. I can't see Condi or Rummy or Pickles telling him he lost, only that he did a great job. All the Bush*bots at his well-screened appearances will scream he kicked Kerry's ass.

I'm sure, standing of that stage, he was aware things weren't going well. But if no one tells him the public felt the same way, that they are on to him, will he delude himself into thinking he pulled a fast one again?

He knows he fooled the viewers in 2000. I'll bet he thinks history will repeat itself.

2. I think he was shocked anyone argued with him
The only people he sees sign loyalty oaths or work for him. We all agree his info is screened. He's always had that cocky demeaner. He probably thought everyone loved him. Still probably does.

3. I'm figuring Ashcroft got a call this morning
and was told he had to arrest Kerry for treason since Kerry actually had the nerve to question Bush's actions in a time of war.

4. Those "loyalty oathes" are going to backfire in the second debate.
Bush is VERY used to having his appearances stacked to the brim with cheerleaders. Since the second debate (from what I read) is going to be a "Town Hall" type gathering, I have to wonder how he is going to respond and react to the crowd, which is sure to play a larger part in the debate than they did in the first one.

6. Karl Rove knows and he is the only one who matters
Rove is the only one calling the shots on political issues. Bush is simply Rove's tool or frontman. It simply does not matter what Bush believes or knows becasue the only one who counts on these matters is Rove.

7. You could tell by his face that he knew he was getting his ass
handed to him. He was also quite angry, too, of course, that anyone would actually not fawn over him and have the nerve to argue with him.

11. Does he know he lost?
His hench-men doubled up his daily-dose'o'prozac this morning and told him all is well.....so most likely...no.

12. First KKKarl has to explain to him that he was in a debate
I'd have gladly settled for a draw last night, with Kerry making a good impression. Watching it as objectively as I could (admittedly, probably not very well), Kerry made him look like the damned fool that he is.

13. NO The Mighty Bush won. He just needs to be relaxed and continue to be
himself. We all know that the little king won don't we? Someone should sent him messages to that effect. Relax George you slay-ed him. You are doing great and keep up the good work. :toast: :puke:
