Pig Pundit on FauxNews Just Said Today's Bombings are GOOD for Chimp
Edited on Thu Sep-30-04 09:44 AM by jefferson_dem
Richard Burke, i think this slime's name was. He said the tragedies in Iraq will actually help the president make the case that we are fighting a broader war on terror and we need a chimp-in-chief with resolve to stand up and fix things ... blah blah blah. That the American people will not be buy into a defeatest attitude ... unlike Spain did ...

What the fuck? It's Chimp's freaking murderous mess, made in our name, that these sick-fuck apologists use to justify his futher reign. GodDamn them all!

2. I want to know if Bush put those Children in Harms Way
What person of any level of intelligence brings children to a ceremony in a city without effective security.

Was this supposed to be some glorious display of progress that Bush could showcase tonight during the debates.

be good for his ratings:

John Beale, Post-Gazette
A FINAL GOODBYE: Perri Sue Henry kisses the casket of her son, Army Spc. Joshua Justice Henry, during a funeral service at First Evangelical Lutheran Church in Apollo yesterday. Spc. Henry was killed by small arms fire in Iraq when his convoy was ambushed Sept. 20. His mother gave the eulogy at the service.

Edit: Can't show the picture, WTF!

Here's a link to the front page of the Post-Gazette:

4. EVERYTHING Helps Bush
Edited on Thu Sep-30-04 09:45 AM by Beetwasher
It doesn't matter what it is...More deaths! Good for Bush. LESS deaths! Good for Bush. Dead babies! Good for Bush. Hurricanes! Good for Bush. Etc...

Bush could get caught on camera sucking on a crack pipe, raping a child and slitting it's throat and Fox would say it's good for him and their viewers would still vote for him.

11. Isn't it cute how they are now trying to cast Kerry as "defeatist"
Hey, assholes, we ARE being defeated---you can't get more 'defeatist than that!!! Kerry is trying to find hope in that pile of pig shit you have created for our military in Iraq.

13. talk about absurdist spin
Of course it's not good for bush, and I'm sure this buffoon realizes that. No way this is gonna wash. It's terrible for bush, bodes incredibly badly for upcoming Iraqi election and puts the lie about progress in Iraq right up against the wall. It's about as good for bush as a swift kick in the teeth with steel capped boots.

19. thanks, jd
for the welcome, though I'm actually an old member returning in a new guise. As for sane people, yeah, I wonder about that myself. Events and this election seem to have left us all half-crazed.

17. BS - the Iraq war is Bush's BIGGEST WEAKNESS....
That guy is just earning his salary from the RNC by spouting that crap. People will again see that Bush cannot keep us safe.. and that the world violence is spinning out of control.

Beside the fact that unemployement figures are UP this week, personal spending if flat, as is income. Bush couldn't come into the debate in a lower position.

20. Greed is a powerful motivation for Bush's supporters.
Some rich folks LOVE the tax cuts he has given them, and they will vote for him no matter how incompetent he is. They don't give a damn about the less fortunate people who do not have such wealth.
As long as they are not directly affected, they don't care about an unnecessary war in Iraq that is killing off many of our young people and devastating the people of Iraq. Some of these folks are in fact traitors to America IMO; and some of them are members of Congress!
