Overseas ballots may be late. Will they count.

(Passing thru) Faux said they(? didn't hear who) are trying to see if they can be counted for some weeks after debate. Talking to congress. They never say much just whip thru it. Anyone else hear anything about this?

1. As far as I know, the OS ballot validity is based on mailing date.

That's the way it was in Fl in 2000. I remember the big hassel because some military ballots didn't have a post mark because they came right from a ship and didn't use stamped dates.

If that's true in every state, late arrival shouldn't matter.

2. Overseas ballots are arriving now

I sent mine in today. For CA, the stamped date is irrelevant.

3. I heard on radio that xmas mailing should go out by Oct.15th so it that is

the way mail is going out it maybe worse coming in. I haven't received anything here in CA.
