I think if during the convention when he had the world's attention and he said that he would forgo money from the federal government his campaign would be better off. He should of said that he's going to limit contribution from now on to only 250 dollars. Tell the American people that his campaign is in their hands. The future of his presidency is in the people's hand. This would have given the mentality that people "were going to rescue kerry's campaign." Many people instantly would start giving kerry more money feeling more energize. This would be all over the news and by next time I bet millions of money would be pouring into kerry's coffers. I mean people would be donating through the internet so much Kerry can bring out the thermometer again. More people would see the kerry campaign ina different light. Republicans, independents thinking that Kerry is actually running for the people and not just for the corporation. His campaign is the people's campaign.
Maybe it's not too late for kerry to announce it now. However it's not really feasible when we have only somewhat 44 days ish. oh well.
