MSNBC: "Kerry says Allawi, Bush in cahoots"
http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/6081783 /

COLUMBUS, Ohio - Democratic presidential candidate John Kerry said Thursday that Iraqs Ayad Allawi was sent before Congress to put the best face on a Bush administration policy that has gone wrong.

I think the prime minister is, obviously, contradicting his own statement of a few days ago, where he said the terrorists are pouring into the country, Kerry said. The prime minister and the president are here obviously to put their best face on the policy, but the fact is that the CIA estimates, the reporting, the ground operations and the troops all tell a different story.

Kerry was referring to comments Allawi made Sunday on ABCs This Week. But Allawi also expressed optimism about the mission in that appearance.

Foreign terrorists are still pouring in, and theyre trying to inflict damage on Iraq to undermine Iraq and to undermine the process, democratic process in Iraq, and, indeed, this is their last stand, Allawi said. So they are putting a very severe fight on Iraq. We are winning. We will continue to win. We are going to prevail.

2. Hey MSNBC: Kerry didn't say "cahoots"
But you do quote him as saying that Bush "skedaddled" out of New York yesterday after his UN address.

But I guess it's too much to ask that MSNBC change all at once. They have several years of whoring habits to overcome.

3. cahoots?
MSNBC's headline seems to be trying to make Kerry look like a conspiracy wacko, when all he's doing is pointing out how Allawi's speech is so politically in line with Bush.

5. Thank God, allawi contradicted himself
by saying "the terrorists are pouring into the country" ..this gives Kerry..the words from the horses mouth!

Thank you, John Kerry, for standing up to these FASCISTS!

"Allawi, Bush in cahoots"..someone on the long thread on the press conference refered to them as.."The Allawi and Awoli Show!"!
