When will the terror alert spike again?

I am guessing as soon as Kerry's national poll numbers pass Bush's or if a breaking story is negative to Bush/GOP and they want to deflect attention away from it --like if David Dreier is 'outed' in the mainstream press.

What's your guess? What will it take to go to CODE RED?

I think it will happen about 3 days before the first debate, in other words on Sept. 27th. It will allow him to come into the debates and puff out his chest that he's keeping us safe from terra.

Most undecideds make their decision the weekend before the election (if I recall the conventional wisdom), so that will be the time to saturate the airwaves with fear and terror. Only Bush* can protect us will be the "subliminiable" message.
