3. you are probably right. but sometimes things happen.
like Poppy forgets to send the Christmas card to the Clintons....the Clintons take it as a classist insult (old money vs. new money) and it becomes all out hot war on the stage with Clinton running circles around Dubya who stammers and can only say, "at least I didn't Lewinsky anyone. ehehhehhe."
