My Prediction for the 2010 midterm elections is the Rethugs are NOT going to win that many seats
NY-23 will stay with the Dems because of redistricting before 2010 while the stinking media keeps saying the Dems are loosing ground we continue to pickup house seats CA, NY last night.

1. Redistricting will not happen before the 2010 elections.
NY-23 will be a battleground no doubt, but the result in CA-10 was never in question.
