has anyone seen Frank Gaffney today?
Does he still have teeth?

Is he holding a steak over his eye?

Goddam coward bully.

1. I think he's borrowing
his buddy Cheney's undisclosed location for a while.

2.  I bet Nancy was burning up the telephone wires to her
and Ron's dad's friends about that creep. Gaffney and his ilk are such a vicious pack, they will tear their own apart given the slightest prov ovation.

3. Well, I doubt he'll set foot in Seattle any time soon
Which is where Ron Reagan is based.

8. He's a Buddhist?
I thought he was an Atheist? That's what he's called himself on his show anyway. Don't recall him mentioning Buddhism.

9. I don't think you can really call yourself an atheist if you think you are god.
And seeing as he believes himself to be infallible, he certainly is shooting for that.

11. Are you talking about Ron? If so, I think you're off base.
He's never struck me as someone who sees himself as infallable.

13. You're right - I misread the thread. Thought it was Gaffney under discussion.
Figured he was maybe one of those Randian atheists - you know, the kind that give the rest of us a bad name.

Mea culpa.

10. I don't think he's a Buddhist. I know his wife goes to Buddhist retreats
sometimes, as he mentioned that on his show the other day.

12. I stand corrected.
In a quick google, I find that some people assume he is a Buddhist because of his affinity for the tenets, but he's pretty clear that he is an atheist who admires facets of Buddhism. Thanks for the heads up.

14. He's an "unapologetic atheist" - he does a radio spot in which he mentions that. nt
