9. The head of Gallop gave a long talk on C-Span a few years back.

He explained that most of them are conservative.

He also explained that "likely voters" describes the people
who participate are people who VOTE year after year.
The Upper Class has a stake in what happens in government.
They can be counted on to vote. Around 50K and above.

He further explained that likely voters are much more Republican
than Democrat. He explained thay weight the results because
of these facts.

Gallop most frequently skews Republican.

showed "for the first time, the majority of people describe themselves as 'pro-life'" and it was discovered that he polled the same # of Repubs. as Dems.? 32% Repub. and 32% Dem. even though there are more Deems. in the country.
