OpenCongress- Health Care Bill H.R. 3200 Poll
I'm not sure if anyone spotted that you can say you support the bill or oppose the bill. It's on the right side of this link http://www.opencongress.org/bill/111-h3200/show

I pressed "support" and this is what I see- 21% Users Support Bill, 1,390 in favor/ 5,243 opposed.

Seems like it's been freeped! I do not think this is representative of the population, of which the majority supports health care reform. See if you can boost the numbers up!

1. not all opposed are against reform
I've read a few hundred pages, and I can't tell you what those pages will accomplish. The bill is a mess. It may or may not do what the president is asking for or what congress is saying ("need 2 days and 2 laywers to understand it" - Conyers). Some things won't take affect for 5 years. I oppose 3200 no matter what anyone claims it does.

2. I thought MoveOn and the White House provided
a simple list of H.R. 3200, debunking the myths etc.

3. "of which the majority supports health care reform"
A small oversight on your part: HR 3200 may not be the reform they support

The mandates are a deal breaker for me, at least
