Security clearance sure...but not a dedicated employee. I can also bet they cost twice what an employee does.

Every time I hear the right bitch about "gubmint don't werk" I remember 90% of my negative experiences working in DC revolve around contracting arraignments. Not the contractors personally but the billing and set up to maintain them...almost always inefficient.
