Obama is fighting on 5 fronts: Corporates, MSM, GOP, bought out Democrats and the Dixiecrat 'base'

Five things:

1. The opposition's institutional strength (as opposed to popular support) has never been greater;
2. No President has faced such broad opposition. FDR had the Dixiecrats, even Clinton had more pull in the south. The consolidated MSM is more partisan than ever;
3. The Economic Royalty of entrenched interests has never had more to lose since 1932, and they will fight like hell;
4. By going so far over the top, the GOP are progressives' greatest asset. The disconnect between propaganda and reality is growing exponentially; and
5. This is not the time, if there ever was, to add one more to the list - gun owners. Bill Clinton said as much in his Esquire interview.

For those here who advocate the logic of single payer, exactly how easy is it to get the message out these days? Take on five or six dedicated interest groups and appeal to reason? Huzzah.

An explanation: The Southern Strategy delivered the Dixiecrats to the GOP. The same evangelical conservatives the Democratic Party could always count on began their long march in 1965, ending up with Ronald Reagan.

6. Yes! And I don't understand why some here don't get exactly what he is up against
