2. His recent running at the mouth is a prep for his presidential run.

Talk me down. I'd written him off due to his health issues.

Cheney's health is so fragile that he doesn't see a plate of food until his wife approves it first. Trust me...he ain't gonna run for President in 2012. He'll be lucky to be alive to see it.
