What time is President Obama's town hall meeting in Montana today?

What time is President Obama's town hall meeting in Montana today?
And what tv networks will show it?
I haven't been able to find a concrete answer, and I would like to set my DVR.
Hopefully one of the C-Spans will cover it as I hate the talking heads and commercials interrupting every time there is three seconds of down time.
