1. Jesus H. Christ, we're not going to win this debate with statistics.
The other side is screaming about how we're going to kill old people. And we're throwing numbers at them.

I thought the Dems learned their lesson on this.

Thanks for the report, ProSense. I don't mean to sound like I'm bitching at you.

2. I know, but maybe the statistics
are for all the people, including some on this board, who want details.

I think there are other things going on besides this. Obama is holding a town hall in NH on Tuesday.

7. The rub is . Details are not user friendly.
But, the devil is in the details and simplicity does not run the world. Just on Television is that so.

12. Sebelius is sounding like a wimp, sort of like Reid. I loved it when she was picked
for the job, but she now seems like a pushover by the republicans.

4. It's both
the uninsured will be insured and other measures will be implemented that go beyond just insurance.

5. Health insurance is the problem, not the cure
This is going to be one big taxpayer bailout down the road

11. Yep - a week or two back, the White House started calling it "Health Insurance Reform"
really pisses me off. The mother of all sell-outs. We are screwn.

10. Thank you!
This is very helpful - will help in talking about it and I like that it is now framed as Health Insurance Reform as that is what it truly has been all along. We still need a public option and hopefully some day single payer... but this will hugely benefit my family even if this little bit goes thru.
