Hey Rahm, kiss my f^cking uninsured ass
Great diary from kos

http://www.dailykos.com/story/2009/8/8/763589/-Progress... ^cking-stupid-Hey-Rahm,-kiss-my-f^cking-uninsured-ass

"This is too much.

Rahm Emanuel, the man who dismissed the 50-state strategy that led to the political revolution that the 1994 Republicans could only dream about and the Democratic leader who made it his priority to nurse a petty grudge against the man who pioneered the grassroots internet campaign instrumental in Democrats gaining control of the House, Senate and Presidency, recently held a meeting to slam Democratic activists for pressuring the legislators who are holding up healthcare reform, calling their ads are "fucking stupid".

I hate to burst Rahm Emanuel's Beltway-approved bubble, but from my lowly position at the bottom of the Democratic hierarchy, I see a whole lot of "fucking stupid", but it ain't coming from the progressive groups.

Please forgive my rant, but I've just had enough.

...

So the fact that the White House Chief of Staff can't identify and mobilize his allies, but would rather call them out and antagonize them shows just how fucking stupid Rahm Emanuel is on the issue of healthcare reform. Which is why, as I fight for the real healthcare reform that Rahm's Blue Dog pals are trying to kill, I'd like Rahm Emanuel to kiss my fucking uninsured ass. If he can't stand up for me and my kids and the healthcare system that we deserve in this country, then he should get the fuck out of the way and leave healthcare reform to someone who will actually fight to get it right.

Per Slinkerwink's comment below

Please call the White House and tell them to fight for real healthcare reform, not against progressives. We need a public option, not Senator Conrad's co-ops. And we need Max Baucus and Mike Ross to work harder to pass this bill, not delay it."

3. And after he kisses your uninsured ass, he can...
kiss my currently-insured-till-Cobra-runs-out ass.

However, before he can kiss either of our asses, he'd have to get his head out of his own ass. Which doesn't seem likely.

He can kiss my corporate sponsored, rising premium, benefit decreasing ass. Boy ...he may need some salve for his lips......maybe he can use my practically useless prescription plan and buy himself a tube.

10. Rahm???....ramming a Liberal Agenda through Congress????
You don't know Rahm...the enforcer and gatekeeper for the DLC.

If it hasn't been pre-approved by the Chamber of Commerce and Wall Street, Rahm won't touch it.

6. Obama's number one draft pick.
Until he rebukes him publicly, we have to believe Rahm speaks for the President on this.

12. FYI: He works at the behest of the President.
"If you agree with a policy, praise FDR, if you don't, blame Eleanor."

"If you agree with a policy, praise Obama, if you don't, blame Emmanuel."

There you go...

21. Rahm has "HIS". why should he worry about the rest of us. Most of
us dont understand that even IF he isnt in the whitehouse doing his thing, this man is "set" for life. He will never go to bed hungry or worry about his childrens welfare. All he cares about about at this point is power. We are nothing to him or his ilk.

22. How do we know what was said at the meeting? Where is this information coming from?
People are ready to jump to conclusions but I don't see supporting evidence. This is like the same bullshit when people on this board when butt stupid and assumed that Nancy Pelosi was lieing and that she knew what the CIA was doing..."Of course how could she not?" And people sat around quoting/channeling Jonathan Turley about how she was scrambling and blubbering at press conferences and kept saying, "Let the chips fall where they may." Then were proven to be fools for shit when it came out that Nancy Pelosi was telling the truth after all.

I'm tired of these states and quotes that aren't quotes but interpretation of words.
