The press were muted and respectful and not like their usual yappy "gotcha" selves, which I take as a good thing. High marks.

Liked him telling it like it is about the GOP. Also liked his sense of humor. One thing I missed, though--it was alluded on the official thread that he said something that was a slapdown to the birthers. I didn't catch it--what did he say?

7. It was just the opposite according to Howard Finemann and Rachel Maddow.
What downers they were just now. They both said he had no humanity-seemed tired... :eyes:

11. Funny, I never thought Reagan ever showed any humanity
Especially when he fired all the air traffic controllers, or sold out the steel industry costing 200,000+ jobs in the Pgh./Ohio area. Howard Fineman is from Pgh. He should know better.

10. Idiots! They critique like it's the Pomona Little Theater production of Damn Yankees
We listened to the WORDS you jackasses! It's our lives! Go ahead and talk about the delivery as though that's what matters. He was serious, he was sober, he had gravitas.

13. The health care questions were pretty good
I didn't understand why they asked him about TARP and Gates though but he still answered the questions well.
