Graham might vote vote Sotomayor ??? After his ugly, racist slimy behavior in
the hearings that seems crazy. What would he gain by voting for her? His base would not like it (although he would be voted in with no problem) and it is totally opposite of the wishes of his racist white constituents and his party.

2. Graham knows the dangers of losing the Hispanic vote, that's why
Graham's already gotten in trouble with conservatives for pushing immigration reform that they branded amnesty.

3. Point is, Graham ddi what he had to do...
trying to slime the candidate, even though nothing was there. He has satisfied his constituents looking like a "tough guy", but also knows the inevitable is coming down the pike...:hi:

8. He said early on that she'd be confirmed barring a meltdown.
He tried and tried, pushed and pushed, and she held her own. Guess he feels she is entitled to his vote.

Fuck him.

12. Of course... she's a gift to republicans
A moderate conservative nominated by a "democratic" president. If anything... she makes the court more conservative.
