Freepers:

I got this response from the seller:

Hi, the Obama birth certificate auction is up again. Ebay pulled it two hours ago. They thought that maybe someone had gained access to my account being that the auction was atypical. The new auction ID number is 160344928067. Thank you and I apologize for the inconvenience. Colmado_Naranja

Does anyone here sell on eBay, who can object to this auction being carried by them?

Here is backup which can be sent to eBay.

US Dept of State, US Dept of Homeland Security:

- President Obama was born in Hawaii and is a U.S. "natural born" citizen and is eligible to serve as the United States President, pursuant to the United States Constitution, Article II, Section 1, Clause 5.

- President Obama was not born in Mombasa, Kenya.

- President Obama was not born in Kenya or anywhere outside the state of Hawaii.

Obama Hawaiian-born: Citizen for sure
Posted November 3, 2008 3:45 PM
by James Janega

Seeking to squelch persistent rumors that Sen. Barack Obama isn't eligible to become president because he allegedly was born outside the United States, a Hawaiian official has confirmed she has "personally seen and verified" that the state "has Sen. Obama's original birth certificate" - meaning Obama was born in the Aloha state, and is therefore an American citizen.

"There have been numerous requests for Sen. Barack Hussein Obama's official birth certificate. State law (Hawai'i Revised Statutes 338-18) prohibits the release of a certified birth certificate to persons who do not have a tangible interest in the vital record," reads an Oct. 31 statement from Hawaii's Dr. Chiyome Fukino, who heads the Hawaii office that oversees health records -- including birth certificates.

"Therefore, I as Director of Health for the State of Hawai'i, along with the Registrar of Vital Statistics who has statutory authority to oversee and maintain these type of vital records, have personally seen and verified that the Hawai'i State Department of Health has Sen. Obama's original birth certificate on record in accordance with state policies and procedures," Fukino said in the three paragraph statement.

"No state official, including Governor Linda Lingle, has ever instructed that this vital record be handled in a manner different from any other vital record in the possession of the State of Hawai'i," the statement concludes.

Does this mean Obama was born in Hawaii?

"Yes," said Hawaii Health Department spokeswoman Janice Okubo, in both email and telephone interviews with the Tribune. "That's what Dr. Fukino is saying."

-

In June, the Obama campaign released an electronic copy of the certificate bearing the seal of the State of Hawaii Department of Health and showing that Barack Hussein Obama II was born to mother Stanley Ann Dunham in Honolulu at 7:24 p.m. on Aug. 4, 1961.

Obama campaign spokesman Ben LaBolt said last week that the document was authentic.

And now, so has the state of Hawaii.

20. Isn't there a discussion forum for sellers?
I sold postcards on eBay at one time when eBay was fairly new. I have no idea how it works anymore or even what my account name was. But at one point I think they came up with a forum.

Maybe posting the rebuttal information in there would be good? Or is there one specifically about fraud?

15. I've bought and sold on eBay and I can't figure this out -
- in looking at the guy's history. He's been with eBay since 2007 and has an absolutely perfect feedback record for both sales and purchases. In looking at what he's recently purchased, nothing seems political in nature but you can only view the item details for his most recent purchases.

eBayers normally protect their feedback status and I find it odd that he would risk it all on this. Possibly he is the victim of fraud with this "certificate" and isn't bright enough to know it?

18. He did buy a book about how to be a hit man
I didn't save the link, but I'll look for it.

Hit Man:
A Technical Manual for
Independent Contractors
by Rex Feral ~ 1983

Hit Man: A Technical Manual for Independent Contractors is a book written under the pseudonym Rex Feral and published by Paladin Press in 1983. It has been claimed that the book started life as a detailed crime novel written by a Florida housewife, and that the format was later changed to appeal to Paladin's reader base. The book portrays itself as a how-to manual on starting a career as a hit man, fulfilling contracts.

Existing copies at Paladin Press were destroyed after the book was found to be used as a guide during a triple murder in 1993. It is believed that 13,000 copies were sold, although Reason Magazine estimates there are 20,000 copies of the book in existence.

I looked at his feedback record and wondered the same thing as you did.

'Proof' of Kenyan birth twice scrubbed by eBay
But seller of 'Obama's birth certificate' dodges administrators to post 3rd time
Posted: June 27, 2009

By Drew Zahn
2009 WorldNetDaily

Editor's note: Since publication of this story, the auction item has been removed for the third time. None of the item identification numbers in this article remain valid.

http://www.worldnetdaily.com/index.php?fa=PAGE.view&pag...

The little shit thought he was so clever.

Even those critical of the questions surrounding Obama's birth and eligibility to serve as President noticed, as members of the message board Democratic Underground claimed to have reported the auction to eBay administration as a "forgery and offensive item."

At some time around 10:30 ET this morning, however, the second auction listing was scrubbed as well.

In the third listing from colmado_naranja, the seller explains, "This time their reasoning for the cancellation was that birth certificates and other forms are government ID are prohibited on eBay."

Nonetheless, the auction lives on.

Under its now third eBay number, 160345002984, the item up for sale is listed as a "story" and specifically states the document is a gift to the winner, not the object of bidding itself:

"I'm now auctioning my story (true story) of how I obtained U.S. President Barack Obama's Kenyan birth certificate," the listing states. "The winner of this auction will not bear copyrights to my story. However, along with my story the winning bidder will also take home U.S. President Barack Hussein Obama's Kenyan (African) birth certificate. Certified birth certificate. I am giving the birth certificate to the bidder that wins this auction, which is for my story."

Just to be certain, the listing restates, "You are not bidding on Barack Obama's Kenyan birth certificate in this eBay auction."

43. It's an ebay gag y'all.
The picture included in the auction listing should be a dead giveaway.

Apparently there is a humorless contingent around here. For the uninitiated, these sort of auctions pop up every now and then. They always have high bids and you know that the seller will never collect (likely because the bidders are either the seller or co-conspirators). The aim, in any case, is publicity.

Sometime during Clinton's presidency, I got a three dollar bill with him on it. It was hilarious, but sadly I lost it. These days someone would report it to the Secret Service.

44. Really funny how many people are threatened by this document.
I'm sure Conservatives would just drop the whole issue if Obumma would just release the long form with hospital and doc info, instead of the short form that non-residents can get (especially with computer print font that simply didn't exist in 1961.

Those who petition Ebay to remove the auction know this, or they wouldn't be trying to infringe on others' free speech and free commerce. If the truth got out, it would damage their cause and they know it, so as long as they can stop it, they will keep trying. Unfortunately, Ebay seems to be of the same mind and goes along like a good-little liberal site. I mean, why would you care if some idiot spent 10k on a forgery? Really? You wouldn't care, because he'd be a CONSERVATIVE idiot. You care because it would prove YOUR president to be the biggest fraud in US History (which I consider him to be anyway, birth issue notwithstanding).

I said the font didn't exist. It's clearly a modern, laser-printer font. Birth certs in 1961 were either handwritten or typewritten. Do you know what a typewriter is?

It looks like Akzidenz-Grotesk, which has existed since 1896, or Helvetica, from 1957.

You obviously don't know anything about fonts, so I wouldn't expect you to know that Typewriters, and other electronic printers, have had "custom" fonts (keysets, wheels, etc.) ever since they've existed.

It's clearly a recently printed laser-document. The FONT itself may have existed, but no computer could print it.

66. Custom and computer printed type has been around longer than many think.
Using binary data to create text and images (Jacquard loom) was 1801
Linotype came out in 1864 (hot metal, keyboard entered, typesetting, thousands of custom fonts)
Typewriters, with varying fonts, are 1870-ish
Teletype was 1922 (remote, automatic, printing of text)
Times New Roman came out in 1932
Electric Computers were 1941-44, and used teletype output in many cases (electronic, printed, output)
(This is when "computers" could start printing in different fonts, before, it was limited to "typesetting machines" or "teletypes")
Courier, the "IBM typewriter font" was 1955
Laser printers were invented in 1969
Dot-Matrix was 1970

86. Until laser and inkjet printers came along...
non-thermal computer printers used typewriter-style ribbons which left distinctive marks and deformities in the printed characters, none of which are present in the presented "certificate". Not to mention it's already been pointed out that it is marked as a laser-printed document.

digital copies, and have for years. Nobody gets photocopies of scribbled crap anymore, which is sad for us genealogists who can glean all sorts of info from them and find digital certificates a bore, but that's OT.

A certified copy is legally valid in any court in the nation. Go bark up some other fucking tree.

Certain things are tolerated by the administrators, and your conduct wouldn't fall under that umbrella. As this server is privately owned, they are well within their rights to allow or deny anything. The same would be true of a site owned by the most hardcore of neocon Republicans.

Having said that, the thought that Obama became President with a fake birth certificate is absurd. Always has been, always will be. Do you honestly believe that the process of vetting candidates for one of the most powerful offices on the planet is that lazy? The eBay auctions are being taken down because they're selling fraudulent, worthless goods intended to slander the leader of the US (as well as rip off some idiot gullible enough to believe such crap).

50. Fake certificate?
Who said anything about a fake? He simply presented a legal document from Hawaii (one that you or I could also get were we to become residents) showing that, indeed, he was born (which I suppose proves he's not from outer space).

It would be great to see the actual "birth certificate" with all the info instead of just the "certificate of live birth" short form that we all could get compliments of Hawaii. I really don't see that as unreasonable.

Any information one could reasonably desire in order to prove citizenship (the point frequently contested) is contained within the more readily available documentation.

Hawaiian officials have also publicly stated that they've since viewed Obama's actual birth certificate, and that both it and his citizenship are genuine.

I don't know why people need anything more. It's like they have this need to disprove an idiotic theory about something that never would've happened. If Obama was not a citizen of the US, he would not have made it into political power, much less to the Presidency.

Did you trust it as much under Bush?

Birth certificates, including the Hawaiian LONG form, are PUBLIC RECORDS. Denying the public access to them is completely UNreasonable. We have the RIGHT to see them. It's extremely suspicious that the requested long form has not been released, and I would venture to say that, if this were George W. Bush we were talking about, you'd agree wholeheartedly.

I suspect that, if Obama were as white as Bush and his name a little more commonplace, this would never have been an issue. How many demands do you recall for the long-form birth certificates of past Presidents? How often did you make deep inquiries into their parentage?

As to whether I trust the government? No, I don't believe there has been some shady conspiracy to mask Obama's roots throughout his political career. It would've been far easier to say, at a much earlier time in his life, "dude, you're not a citizen, you can't serve."

The certificate of live birth states that he was born in Honolulu, on the island of Oahu. August 4, 1961. 7:24 PM. Hawaiian officials have put their careers on the line by stating that they've seen the full certificate, and that the above facts are true.

I was expecting it a bit sooner, but schedule isn't everything. I'm all for a black president, just not an African one. In any case, you're wrong. There was controversy over John McCain's eligibility during the campaign because he was born overseas, albeit on an American military base.

I just want to make sure that the head official in the USA who is sworn to protect the Constitution (as I am) is actually ABIDING by it and therefore qualified to take that oath. It's such an easily-resolved issue, I'm totally at a loss as to why the White House hasn't jumped on it and quashed it immediately rather than just laughing at us for asking.

Your racism clearly shows: "just not an African one".

There's also nothing wrong, illegal, or unconstitutional with an African-born man serving as president, or a man with one or both parents who immigrated from Africa, as long as he was born with US citizenship.

As far as the McCain flap goes, people didn't keep changing the goalposts, and demanding different documents, in hopes that one of them would have something damaging.

There's also no such country as "Africa", it's a continent.

"Your racism clearly shows: "just not an African one"."

No...that's not racism. I was talking about people actually FROM Africa. I also don't want someone from Europe, Asia, or Australia in the office of US President. Nice try on the race card again. This time, I'm playing the BS card.

"There's also nothing wrong, illegal, or unconstitutional with an African-born man serving as president, or a man with one or both parents who immigrated from Africa, as long as he was born with US citizenship."

You are absolutely correct. Only problem with that theory is that at the time of Obama's birth if only one parent
was a U.S. citizen at the time of the birth, that parent must have resided in the United States for at least 10 years, at least five of which had to be after the age of 16, and Obama's mother, "Stanley" was only 18 at the time. It also doesn't help matters that Obama's grandmother said she was present at Obama's birth in Mombasa.

"As far as the McCain flap goes, people didn't keep changing the goalposts, and demanding different documents, in hopes that one of them would have something damaging."

No one is asking for anything that isn't a public record. What would you do if a Republican administration denied the public access to public information and documents? I'm imagining you wouldn't be running to THEIR defense. In any case, I'm neither a Democrat NOR a Republican, I'm on the side of the USA, and I'd be all over this no matter which side was trying to hoodwink the public.

"There's also no such country as "Africa", it's a continent."

Again, your knowledge of the completely irrelevant amazes me. At least you have something to teach your kids. Might have been a better assertion in this particular thread had I actually stated there were such a country. Just for your info, Kenya is a country in Africa, making Obama both Kenyan and African if he was indeed born there. It would also be appropriate to call me a "North American" if you so chose. If it makes you feel better, however, I'll refer to him as "Kenyan" and not "African."

68. No deal
Bush, AWOL or not, was in the National Guard at the time of the draft. Personal military records, not that these would tell you anything substantial, are also protected by the privacy act, something that vital records are not. The denial of any US citizen to any public record by ANY administration is completely inexcusable and probably criminal as well. In any case, Bush is no longer in office to be booted out on an eligibility issue, so you're a bit late. We need proof, SIMPLE proof at that, to dispel any doubt of Obama's eligibility to be President of these United States. Failure to provide it is completely unacceptable.

Why won't you show the records?

I SHOULD have access to chimp #2's birth cert, as it's a public record. And I'm not asking YOU for them, I'm asking the US government and/or the Hawaiian government, to allow us access to Obama's long-form proof of HAWAIIAN birth just as they would allow access to any OTHER US citizen's birth record.

So I'll do my best to hack the DoD's servers to get classified military records, right after I walk out of Hawaii's office of public records with my $10 copy of a public record.

You can't get it.

You can't just claim that something *SHOULD* be a public record, which is why you can't get whatever documents you're looking for, be it bush's records, or Obama's, or anything else you want to have.

Also, hacking the DoD servers is laughably ill-advised.

96. Well...
Fortunately, I'll only hack the DoD as part of the agreement AFTER Hawaii lets me get a copy of the long form, which isn't happening as long as the White House blocks the Freedom of Information Act.

"You can't just claim that something *SHOULD* be a public record"

Birth certificates ARE public records in every single one of the 50 states. If you're using the fact that Obama is blocking its release to prove that it's not a public record, then you're pretty pathetic. You also have misplaced priorities. If I were you (Obama voter) and I'm not, thank God, I would be questioning why MY candidate, the guy who ran on a platform of "transparency" is denying the public access to the most basic of public records, a birth certificate proving place of birth, choosing instead to have his press secretary LAUGH at hundreds of thousands of Americans who simply want to glance at the document and put the issue to rest.

If Bush hid HIS birth cert...oh my God would it have been this vast right-wing conspiracy. But in typical Hail-to-the-Community-Organizer style, Obumma gets a no-questions-asked pass.

It's truly sad. I question everyone. You only question the other side.

98. Oh, I think there's probably something odd/old in there.
The thing is, regardless of what *IS* in the form, political hay will be made.

If Barry Sotero isn't on the form, the right wing will scream about "the real father".

If Sotero's nationality isn't in there, the right wing will scream about "his real nationality".

If the doctor isn't mentioned, the right wing will scream about "his real doctor".

Endless discussions will happen about fonts, about signatures, about the forms involved, etc.

The funny thing about dis-hinged conspiracy theorists is that no documentation, no information, can ever, ever, satisfy them.

Even if the mythical "perfect form" was released, and carbon dated, and finger printed, and ink-analyzed, the dis-hinged mind would still scream.

Example: The known fake of "The Shroud of Turin" still has defenders, with some really outlandish ideas. No argument, no evidence, can convince a "believer".

Belief defies logic, and reason. No amount of proof will ever satisfy somebody who believes Obama is a Kenyan citizen, because they aren't using logic, and reason, to think.

Simply stated, nothing to clear up. Your request to have his

bother to educate yourself on the selective service lottery

As soon as someone departs from the ad hominem (and quite boring) accusations of war crimes and actually starts citing WHICH laws were broken and presenting actual proof that they were, in fact, broken, then I'll be on board with that. I'm an honest American and will admit that Bush was a terrible president just as quickly as I'll say that Obumma is so far and BY far the worst president since Lincoln. You'll only admit to the former because you'd never admit you voted wrongly like I will.

And the only personal liberties I lost were under Clinton. I got them back under Bush, and I'll probably lose them again under Obumma. I don't consider the NSA being able to tap my phone if I make international calls and they suspect me as a terrorist to be a loss of personal liberty. In fact, I'd be just as happy to tape my international calls and send them to them just to save them the trouble.

"Thank goodness for President Obama...we barely survived your rushpublican hypocrisies. lies and stupidity."

Yeah, great...now we get DEMOCRAT hypocrisy, lies, and stupidity, AND another several trillion dollars in debt and deficit. Let me know how that works out for you.

"Fortunately, a majority of Americans saw through your party's corruption and fraud."

As far as what is, and isn't, "public record", laws about what is, and should be, public records change over time. Just like laws about who is, and isn't, a "natural born citizen".

Being born in Kenya does not make one a Kenyan citizen, and deny US citizenship (see: McCain).

As much as I think McCain was nearly as much of a fraud as Obama (and I voted for neither), I would be willing to concede that being born to at least one American parent on a military base, and further conceding that an American military base is American soil, he was qualified. But if someone simply told me that McCain was born overseas and therefore ineligible, I would demand the proof that he is eligible.

And by "at the time of his birth" I was talking about his eligibility to be considered a "natural born citizen of the United States," not being eligible to become president, of course. I believe that age is 36, but I could be mistaken.

74. Of Course You're Mistaken...
To hold a federal office...a US Senator, one must be 30 years of age. To be president one must be 35. Be nice to yourself, instead of wasting money here...go and buy yourself a copy of the U.S. Constitution...guaranteed good reading. At least you appear to be a Freeper who can read more than two sentences without wondering where the pictures are.

I'm soooooooo impressed we have to prove to YOU about our PRESIDENT's eligibility. Of course you're a "libertarian"...aren't most ashamed rushpublicans?

81. Oh wow...you got me!
Even though I admitted I wasn't completely sure...wow...that's a gotcha I'LL never recover from. I was off by a WHOLE YEAR...when you knew what I was F***ing talking about in the first place. But that's the Democrat mentality anyway, I guess...can't get on the relevant facts, dog 'em on the minutia. You probably get a lot of training watching NBC.

"I'm soooooooo impressed we have to prove to YOU about our PRESIDENT's eligibility"

Who said YOU had to prove it? HE needs to prove it. I was just musing on the efforts people on this forum were putting into suppressing information out of one side of their mouths while trying to discredit it out of the other. If it's not at all credible, then why would anyone try to suppress it? No need to suppress anything you aren't threatened by, and no need to be threatened by anything that isn't credible.

"Of course you're a "libertarian"...aren't most ashamed rushpublicans?"

Not really. I was a Reagan Republican until the party went liberal. I am for small government, states' rights, individual rights, individual responsibility, fiscal responsibility, border security, and military isolationism. Republicans abandoned every single one of those, and the Dems are just without hope. So, not being a sheep and trying to fit myself into a party that doesn't share my beliefs, I joined one that agrees with me almost 100%.

First, let me thank you so much for providing all this amusement and comic relief...teevee was getting boring. I haven't even alerted on you cause I'm having too much fun watching you twist in your own hypocrisy and stupidity.

I asked why we need to prove to YOU. I need no proof...I'm proud of our REAL President...not one had to steal elections.

Gotta love you rushpublican "libertarians"...translation: we don't stand for anything and never take or accept responsibilty. So we need smaller government? How about eliminating the military, make all roads tolls, have the police answer calls only to those who can afford it.

Thank you for all the amusement. Now don't you have a tail to go chase?

It's the whole "Ron Paul" (etc.) wing, who don't have much of a seat at either table right now.

91. I'm sorry...
I forgot you're a liberal and I need to be VERY specific.

Smaller FEDERAL government, which has nothing to do with your local police.

Here's the federal government's responsibility as set forth by the Founding Fathers:

1. Maintain the standing army and defend the states against external enemies
2. Conduct foreign relations
3. Mediate interstate disputes

ALL OTHER FUNCTIONS are to be handled by the states themselves. The federal government is completely out of control and unrecognizable, and it's getting worse by the day and by the trillion.

And no, I don't have a tail to chase. And I'm not sure where yours has been so I'm not going to chase that either.

101. Federal Standing Army?
Edited on Sun Jun-28-09 01:36 AM by boppers
You FAIL, and apparently know nothing about the US Constitution.

There was to be no standing army, only the militia.

"To raise and support armies, but no appropriation of money to that use shall be for a longer term than two years;
To provide and maintain a navy;
To make rules for the government and regulation of the land and naval forces;
To provide for calling forth the militia to execute the laws of the union, suppress insurrections and repel invasions;
To provide for organizing, arming, and disciplining, the militia, and for governing such part of them as may be employed in the service of the United States, reserving to the states respectively, the appointment of the officers, and the authority of training the militia according to the discipline prescribed by Congress;"

National standing armies? Hell no. Not in there. Standing Navy, yes, but the armies could only stand when re-authorized every two years.

If you're a true libertarian/minarchist, arguing for taxation to support an army in times of peace makes very little sense.

76. So, the law changed.
The constitution does not say "considered a natural born citizen at the time of his birth, based on the laws when and where he was born".

It says:
"No Person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President; neither shall any Person be eligible to that Office who shall not have attained to the Age of thirty five Years, and been fourteen Years a Resident within the United States."

Case law is a bit messier:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Natural-born_citizen

Where in any given year, who was legally "natural born" could (and did) change.

Note that McCain/Obama aren't the first to be raked over the coals:

But thanks for visiting. Enjoy your stay! :hi:

Long time lurker was finally forced to register to explain the auction.

Here is what I know. I saw the thread on DU when the bidding was around 3000.00 , I then alerted on the auction like most of you, and then started bidding, driving the price up to 10,000 , with a maximum of over 12,000.

I wasn't about to let this fraud get a red cent from this auction.

I was bidding against someone else, I assumed it was someone like me.

119. Swift Boat Liar, Obama-Trasher, WND In-House Birther, Jerome Corsi doesn't believe it

At least one investigator, who has traveled to Africa and sought the birth certificate from the very same hospital, however, told WND he remains "skeptical" of the eBay auction's claims.

WND's senior staff writer, Jerome Corsi, traveled to Kenya in 2008 to look into Obama's past and remaining ties to the nation.

While there, however, immigration authorities detained Corsi and his publicist holding them under armed guard and without food to prevent Corsi from holding a news conference revealing what he had discovered, eventually requiring thousands of dollars in bribes to set the writer free.

Corsi told WND that despite contacts in government offices, the help of others and even the offer of financial reward, the Coast Provincial Hospital in Mombasa would not confirm Obama's birth there nor provide access to records.

"When I was there, I tried to get records from that hospital, but I couldn't do it," Corsi said. "The hospital either had no records or wouldn't release them.

"That's what makes me skeptical," Corsi continued. "How did get the birth certificate, if it's real?"

Gawd, I hope he's not going sane all of a sudden.

Item number: 160345324422

Current bid: US $7,700.00

THE TRUTH ABOUT USA PRESIDENT BARACK HUSSEIN OBAMA II

I've written a dissertation about the physical birth (which took place on August 4th, 1961) of United States President Barack Hussein Obama II. This is what you are bidding on.

You are welcome to pay for my dissertation via Paypal, as eBay prefers and essentially stipulates.

You are however welcome to view my dissertation, in person, before making your payment. Feel free to bring along with you a forensic examiner to authenticate my dissertation.

You may refuse payment should you find that my dissertation is without merit. Upon request (during in-person viewing of dissertation) all supporting evidence will be made available to you.

Winning bidder is invited to view my dissertation, in a face to face meeting with me, on the steps of the Iowa Capital Building. The Iowa Capital Building is located at East 12th & Grand, Des Moines, Iowa 50319.

Message me with any questions that you might have regarding this auction. I reserve the right to not answer specific questions who's answers would no doubt be wallpapered across the internet by breakfast time. I will however reply to all questions, time permitting. My replies may contain specific answers, and they may not. This will be at my discretion.

If the need arises I may be contacted via telephone. Contact me via Ebay message if you believe that your question or questions merit a phone call.

International bidders are welcome.

If you would prefer the dissertation to be shipped to you this will be done free of charge. International shipping will be a flat fee of $75.00. All shipping will be insured, and overnight via USPS, UPS, or FEDEX. You pick.

HAPPY BIDDING !!!

Now he's saying it's a "dissertation" :eyes: but those bidding on it already have the idea of what they think they're getting since it's been covered extensively on blogs, FR and even in the eBay forums.

As a long time seller and buyer on eBay this stuff just pisses me off. It makes eBay look bad and effects how sales are there (especially for the smaller sellers).
