5. I read a Tweet today that said Sanford was outsourcing his affair ...
... which is a slap in the face to all American homewreckers.

10. You need to review the definitions used in the SC Code for adultery and fornication.
The definitions won't necessarily be found in the same chapter.

In this situation, adultery only applies to acts between a male and female both residents of the United States. Since the woman lives in Argentina, Sanford would not be guilty of adultery.

Fornication is only prosecutable if both parties are Democrats. If one party is a Republican and the other is a Democrat then only the Democrat can be prosecuted.

Damn. So just doing it once or twice on a whim isn't adultery?

13. Why Lie About Family Values???
It seems like there can be a lesson learned from all of this infidelity. These politicians should really nix the "family values" angle. It's not a winning one. And if you are going to cheat, come forward and say it before you cheat. It might save a whole bunch of strife. If people don't want to do this they can go to plan B. Hire a flight to Argentina and get lost for a couple of days. After that, tell a bunch of lies until you are forced to come forward.
