| Birther Wingers on the verge of Victory - they say - an "event" coming |
 |
Take a look at the part I've put in bold. Is there anything that makes you uncomfortable there? Or am I being silly? On the verge of Victory! Good news! I just spoke with Carl and he said it's going to be over by July 4. We will have real celebrations going on! I have no reason to doubt him; he has been very public about getting this usurper out of office. Here are his comments at the forums and his website: We've had enough! I Carl Swensson and Mack Ellis will be in Washington, D.C., June 29th, in the year of our Lord 2009. We're going to hand deliver ALL of OUR Grand Jury Presentments to the usurper Barry Soetoro, Eric Holder, SCOTUS and whomever else we can find. You guys can talk and blog all you want, the time for ACTION is NOW. You can stay home and watch or YOU CAN join us, it doesn't MATTER. This is now 6 months into a Constitutional Crisis of Biblical proportions and only a select few seem to have any courage at all. So be it. Don't whine and cry when you realize the Elite have destroyed all that's near and dear to your hearts, especially not to us or Commander Walter Fitzpatrick. Come hell or high water we will be heard. Contact me at prevere@riseupforamerica.com if you want to be a part of making history. This is REALLY it. After posting that on my web site last night I woke this morning to the news that we are on the verge of VICTORY! July 4th will indeed be a day of celebration for us all. We ask everyone who can to join us. Action time has arrived so what say ye America? The choice is yours to make.., I've made mine. If you know of a film crew, he would like to have them there. He is sworn to secrecy, but the truth will come out soon! He also said it isn't going to be pretty; there will be rioting everywhere. I am shaking as I type this. I pray for his and Mack Ellis' safety. He said when they go to do the presentments, this "event" should coincide at about that time. OMG!!!! I pray this can be put behind us....once and for all! Steph State: Illinois http://pub29.bravenet.com/forum/static/show.php?usernum... Yeah, yeah, I know they're nuts and they always think they're on the verge of victory, while they're getting nowhere fast, but should Agent Mike be told about this?

"We remain All citizens of a great Nation respecting our differences and celebrating our common bonds a country of We The People. We are Constitutional Moderates subscribing to the US Constitution and The Rule of Law. We understand and subscribe to a fundamental truth that the American Revolution is an ongoing and continuous great experiment. Moreover we reject those of evil agendas including attempts to distract and divide us by sparking yet another civil war among, us once again. I pray that we continue to all stand united. Finally we challenge those now loudly bearing false witness against us and their counterfeit characterization and or false identification of Loyal Americans. We continue to hold closely those fundamental truths and motives that our nation is based on. Today we note with increasing alarm the interference with ,by both domestic and foreign evil influences, our fundamental rights to assemble and if necessary even openly discuss, examine, question or challenge today's very alarming behavior of We The Peoples Government. Moreover a companion Evil forces interference challenging the peoples fundamental right and obligation to collectively recall and or by other legal means, consistent with their constitution, change out those that were previously temporary chosen to serve as members of We The Peoples Federal Government. Again We The People understand that this is a grand experiment and our constitution was designed such that the struggle can and will continue by ALL well intended citizens subscribing to a common bond under the Constitution and the rule of law. At the onset - George Washington and others have cautioned us to be where of foreign entanglements and companion evil influences."

They're accusing others of attempting to start a civil war?
They're the ones challenging the current government. Most of us seem to be at least accepting of the current office holders. So it would seem that they are the ones interested in civil war.
Hypothetically speaking, if they did somehow manage to get the President out of office, we would then have President Biden. I doubt they'd be happy with that.

They are probably operating on the theory that, once "Barry Hussein Soetoro" is "proven" to be a KENYA BORN ISLAMOFASCIST FRAUD !!!!1111! therefore he AND his running mate were ineligible to be elected, and McCain wins by default. Sure that has absolutely nothing to do with the Constitution, but the only part of that document any of them ever gave a shit about was the 2nd Amendment anyway. And in this scenario, the next step probably involves staging a McCain heart attack, so they can have their REAL candidate, Moosealini, take over. Thank God none of this is actually going to happen, because even the speculation scares the Hell out of me.

by the evil Barry Soetoro and his minions. That's how they think. They will claim that they were silenced and are being persecuted, that their 1st Amendment rights are being violated. In their eyes, this will cause the true believers to rise up and march in the streets. Yeah right. They're watching the video from Tehran and dreaming of their own glory leading such a march in DC. I bet fewer people show up for this than for the Fire Letterman rally in NYC.

I thought she joking, then I thought she had made it all up on her own, then I just thought she was being unstable. When she learned I was a bookaholic, she told me to buy some series of books, believe it was called Left Behind (?).
Next day I went online to see what was behind all this crazy talk, and learned more than I'd wanted to know about people who wait for this Rapture thing. It is a total obsession that fills their every waking thought and moment, and that isn't based in reality.
Same as the birther's "cause." I wonder how many are also Rapture adherents?

From Weki
'Left Behind' is a series of 16 best-selling novels by Tim LaHaye and Jerry B. Jenkins, dealing with Christian dispensationalist End Times: pretribulation, premillennial, Christian eschatological viewpoint of the end of the world. The primary conflict of the series is the members of the Tribulation Force against the Global Community and its leader Nicolae Carpathia—the Antichrist. Left Behind is also the title of the first book in the series. It is published by Tyndale House, a firm with a history of interest in dispensationalism.
What ever the fuck that means, but more...........
Response
In 1998, the first four books of the series held the top four slots simultaneously,<1> despite the fact that the New York Times' Bestseller's list does not take Christian bookstore sales into account. Book 10 debuted at number one on this list.<1> Total sales for the series have surpassed 65 million copies. Seven titles in the adult series have reached #1 on the bestseller lists for The New York Times, USA Today, and Publishers Weekly.<2>

that my rapture neighbor doesn't get it either, even though she was speaking about this series like it was second only to the Bible, and she mentioned she has read it a number of times. DH and I wanted to move on out of there after the conversation turned decidedly religious. They know we do not do religion, and while there is always room for their religious views, there is not a similar amount of space given for our non-religious perspective. So dh said "well, we'd better go home and feed the equines", just "horsing" around with words.
Her response was "I've never heard of those - what kind of animal is an equine?" After a moment, he replied "same as the three you have pastured out behind your house." So I'd bet I couldn't get a straight answer from her regarding the definiton of "dispensationalism" either.
65 million copies sold - probably many bought right here in my local ranching community. While I grew up rural, my parents were not into religion, and then I largely avoided such things until I moved here, and found myself surrounded by religions I'd only heard about on tv.

choosing members of their liking, present "indictments" to that grand jury (ie their friends) and then issue indictments. So, this Carl guy http://www.resistnet.com/profile/CarlSwensson intends to present all of the indictments finding Obama is not a US citizen to the government on July 4 (hey losers, it will be closed for the freaking holiday) and that will end the discussion. http://americangrandjury.org/grand-jury-evidence-rules-... The web site above is a "movement" to take back the fourth branch of government by convening YOUR VERY OWN GRAND JURY! Think about it, YOU TOO CAN IMPEACH BUSH! These people are seriously sick.

in its interpretation of how grand juries should work and that anyone can "start, organize and manage a citizen's grand jury." On the Carl guy's web site there is some big announcement about how a "grand jury" in Illinois consisting of 17 citizens found Obama is not a citizen. They also link to some youtube video which they say is Muslim kids singing about how they will kill all the Americans because they will get one of their own from Kenya to take over the country and let them in to bomb us all.
Crazy as loons.
(oh, and in answer to your question, hell no it's not legal. Can you imagine having your friends over for a few drinks and indicting your enemies and having it be legal? I'm a lawyer, trust me on this. It is not legal. It is a crazy as them saying it is not a valid birth certificate based on a poorly translated interview with a distant Obama relative. They are foaming at the mouth.)

then I suppose that we can convey our own grand jury and charge them all with sedition and threats to the public order or somesuch.
Obviously, I'm not suggesting that we actually do that. I'm just pointing out the logical conclusion of their thinking.
By their thinking, anybody can convene a grand jury and then attempt to indict anyone for anything. Of course, this would lead to chaos.

Let's put it this way. If the news breaks before the 29th, none of us will want to be there. I just don't see that happening. I'll have support coming from all corners so I'm not concerned about safety, besides, what does that really matter when you have the Country's interest at heart. Comment by Carl Swensson 4 hours ago
Stephanie,
To my knowledge, it has nothing to do with any law suits and I am not at liberty to say other than the Grand Juries have played an integral part. I will keep you all updated and as we approach the release date I'm going to give all of you a heads up. If you live in a densely populated area, you probably will want to take a vacation to a less populated place. Just until the dust settles(figuratively speaking).

| 39. I just convened a grand jury in my neighborhood and we concluded a bill of charges |
 |
against Steph, Carl and Mack.
I have 4 counts of treason and 14 counts of trying to interfere with a federal official, 8 counts of mail fraud and 2 counts of beastiality (next door Granma Muggins says that she can see beastiality a mile off and we never argue with her).
The rest of you can read these posts or you can, like me, convene your own grand jury.
Now what are you going to do about it?

This guy seems to be trying to talk them down: Stephen Pidgeon
Jun 19, 2009 - 3:13PM
Grand Jury march on DC in July
The First Amendment to the US Constitution protects the right of the citizens to peaceably assemble. It does not protect citizens who intend insurrection. The contemplation of the founders has always considered the preservation of the republic and the rule of law to be paramount - against enemies foreign and domestic.
The Insurrection Act of 1807 allows for the use of the United States armed forces within the boundaries of the US in the event of any insurrection which threatens the functioning of the constitutional republic. Posse comitatus is not applicable to open insurrection.
Anyone who intends an escalation from a peaceable protest to acts of violence needs to rethink their position on behalf of the entire contrarian movement; you will do an immeasurable disservice to the patriots in this country who are seeking to restore the constitutional republic and the rule of law by lawful and just means. ANY ACT OF VIOLENCE DESTROYS THE CREDIBILITY OF THE MOVEMENT.
Let me put it more clearly: You cannot restore the rule of law by unlawful means! Claims to common law authority and other dicta that are not found in the juris prudence of the United States are not the law - they are merely "persuasive" authority, and do not provide for unlawful activity such as the use of force.
A "citizen's arrest" is a bald use of force that may possibly be justified later in a courtroom. In the event the case cannot be made, the person making the citizen's arrest will be charged with crimes associated with the arrest, including assault, kidnapping, assault with a deadly weapon, and other charges that may be applicable.
You should know that in making a citizen's arrest, the citizen to be arrested is authorized and justified in using all force necessary to combat the arrest. Where the President is concerned, you will be confronting a $7 trillion military machine against whom you stand no chance.
If your plan "D" includes violence, you need to immediately rethink your position and abandon the field. Make your voice heard - but if you can't win in the marketplace of ideas because the general population wants to move in a different direction, you have to consider either adjusting to the world they are making with objection, or make plans to live elsewhere.
The use of violence will destroy the movement that opposes Obama's presidency and will give the Feds justification to arrest many more freedoms, including shutting down all streams of contrary opinion - which includes Plains Radio.
Back off, while you still can.
Stephen Pidgeon State: Washington http://pub29.bravenet.com/forum/static/show.php?usernum... If I'm not mistaken, this guy sued Obama in one of the birther cases.

 |
Edited on Fri Jun-19-09 05:31 PM by Adelante
Here is his website: http://stephenpidgeon.com / The case he was involved with is Broe v. Reed, which was dismissed by the Washington State Supreme Court. http://nativeborncitizen.wordpress.com/2009/03/17/broe-... He is now one of the leaders of this grand jury thing. From Googling, I also see that he was crying in March 2009 that he was being shadowed by Homeland Security. Also, in the birfer wars, there are people claiming he took them for money. Surprise. Read all about it: http://www.pamshouseblend.com/diary/11008/the-crumbling... And, to top it off, he humps to repeal the Domestic Partnership Expansion Law of 2009 in Washington state. What a guy.

I have an idea, why not make a special effort to have an appointment with Joe Biden? Show HIM the presentments, and let HIM force the issue. Don't you think he wants to be president??? He has run for the office in the last 3 elections. He has EVERYTHING to gain. (But do we really WANT him to be POTUS?) Also, are the presentments including Ms. Pelosi who certified BHO's elibility for treason and fraud? We cannot let those benefit who assisted in this travesty. http://pub29.bravenet.com/forum/static/show.php?usernum...
