Who's the U.S.'s Supreme Leader? And Assembly of Experts?
And Guardian Council?

Iran has these. It also has a Prez, Cabinet, and Parliament. That would be our Prez, Cabinet, and Congress.

But we know the Supreme Leader and his Assembly and Guardians run the country? Who are the comparable entities in the U.S.?

3. This is meaningless. There was a reason that we chose
words like "President", "Congress", "Cabinet" instead of something else. There is no comparable entity such as "the Supreme Leader" in America.
