It seems I am a one-issue Democrat after all...
The economy.

For nothing else matters.

Not pot.

Not civil rights.

Not defense.

Not jack fuckin' shit.

Partly because the economy factors into ALL of these things. And more.

Got it?

Good.

Thank you.

1. I am rather saddened to see...
... that fundamental human rights did not make your "not even" list. Ah, well.

2. That's part of the "and more" bit at the end.
:)

Of course, my idea of "economy" might be different.

3. I was so disappointed with his answer about the offshoring problem.
Our tech jobs, call centers, medical transcription, & manufacturing jobs are hemorrhaging out of the country. WHY can't something be passed to either penalize companies who offshore or reward those who don't???

I know he's a free-trader, but it's painfully obvious it's not working for us & needs to be changed.

4. I want Freepers forced to gay marry socialists while their guns are being taken away.
Is that too much to ask?

6. I agree lots of things are related to each other but legalizing pot
just is not a top priority. And it does not answer the full question in Mexico, which still involves our guns and cocaine. Obama said it would not help the economy. That was it. I don't see how anyone got anything else out of that.

7. Sometimes I feel that way too. But I think Obama can do it all. He has big
plans for science, education, health care too. And fixing those things will help with the economy too I think.
