We slammed Rush Limbaugh's fat head in the pavement in 2006 and 2008

Rush Limbaugh made it a point about why he wants Obama to fail. He should know about failure. Talk about the King of Failure.

At no point during the CPAC convention was there any mention of the success of the Bush administration. No Bush. No Cheney. Was there anyone in the Bush cabinet that was there to speak?

Who did Rush back in 2000 and 2004? Bush. Why didn't he mention one single sentence saying how Bush was successful? There apparently was a decision made by the CPAC gurus that BOTH Bush AND McCain failed and should not be invited to speak or even mentioned.

Talk about the King of Failure.

Rush was all over the place in 2006 with that election trying to get Republicans elected. What happened? The GOP got spanked. Hard. Badly.

Talk about the King of Failure.

Let's look at 2008. Rush was red-faced screaming for all of America to not vote for Democrats and especially for Obama.

So Rush... what happened?

Talk about the King of Failure.

To say I'd don't want Rush Limbaugh to fail is like saying I don't want the summer sky to be blue. Rush's record of failure puts a nice big smile on my face.

2. Um, ok.
And?

He still is raking in the millions. Do you think he really gives a flying "F"? Probably not.

9. Republicans
It doesn't matter what he thinks, he just talks out of his
a**. And the sh** is eaten up quickly and completely. That's
right, the conservative moral imperative is based soley upon
money, not the 'Lord' that they keep mentioning. So just as
long as someone is making millions...he is holy and righteous.

3. that's true but he makes millions and millions and never went to jail for his drug crimes
unlike others. So I think as long as he's out of jail making millions he doesn't see himself as a failure.

4. His drug abuse history and his current obesity issues will take their course
It's pretty obvious that he will have a myocardial infarction event sometime in the near future. His sloopy screeds are matched by his lack of care for his well-being.

5. Let him be the face of the right wing.
He will never poll at higher than 35% approval. I was at the gym when he was making his speech. CNN was on with the sound off. So all I could see were his facial expressions. He looked like a raving, hateful, ugly, and scary ogre. He truly is the Father Coughlin of our era. With that in mind, FDR is still a beloved and revered figure, while Father Coughlin is mostly unremembered, and only in a negative light when he is recalled.

6. Rush/CPAC = RNC using a "Hail Mary Pass to keep Base"
Watched all of 10 minutes of Rush's typical "Dis-information Spew" before I had to turn the channel

A person could not possibly be of average 11 grade intelligence to buy into even 1% of what Rush is putting out.

And the RNC probably did irreparable harm to their self associating with a "Convicted Drug Addict" and "Known Pedophile"

Don't Bash the Village Idiot (Rush) - Bash the Idiots who listen to him
