Political Animal reports new "killer" ad from Fight Back Campaign
http://www.washingtonmonthly.com/archives/individual/2004_09/004703.php

Killer Ad... Now that's a message! A new 527 called the Fight Back Campaign is going to start airing ads in Wisconsin and West Virginia on Monday that take on the Bush administration's incompetent execution of the war in Iraq. The ads are very good: spare, elegant, and outrage-inspiring. It's about time someone started talking about the war we're actually in now, as opposed to the one that ended 30 years ago. You can view them here (link below).

1. Good ad. They're asking for donations to help air it.

2. A better ad would be Osama bin Laden sitting around with his pals...
talking about how they have ten times as many volunteers now and that they are praying for the re-election (re-installation) of Bush to keep the jihad going strong.

3. So confused
I had recently decided that WI was Kerry;s (same day registration) and that WV was up for grabs.

Advertising = good

What states to do it in = so confusing.

Go Kerry! I believe in ypu!

4. The War we are in Now
Very interesting. But did you realize that to deploy a case of Road Rage on the Street only takes fourty five minutes. Longer to clear up of course but the idea ties in nicely with the possibility that there are no Weapons of Mass Destruction. At least not with war-heads and so on. I am suprised that no-one has thought of this before when the whole of Irac is battling against people who are possessed with Rage on an almost permanent basis. Good or Bad, Rage is Rage.

8. It was okay. I'd like to see a test audience response to it. I think
the black and white is over used and not strong enough. The banner Mission Accomplished would be more powerful and then morphing into a burning car in Iraq or something like our burning American flag with, "he promised they'd be bring flowers and candy."

I'd also like to see Kerry bringing up the fact that Bush promised to give 5 more State of the Union address...just another empty promise from the excuse administration.

9. It's a very good ad, also would agree to an Osama ad
where osama sits around with the gang as Bush cheers, "Mission Accomplished" and "I don't really think about him anymore." that's shock and awe.
