The best way to frame the Stimulus vote in the house
...and this is how the Repukes would be framing it if the roles were reveresed:

"The GOP, en masse, voted against $275 billion in tax cuts for the middle class and poor."

I think we should have the treasury stamp the following on the tax rebate checks that people get:

"Not one member of the Republican party voted in favor of sending you this tax rebate"

I think plaques should be placed on the newly constructed and repaired bridges (and other infrastructure projects) saying:

"This wonderful structure was built with funds that were allocated without a single Republican vote."

When hybrid vehicles that get 60+ miles per gallon are rolling off the assembly lines, there should be a mandatory sticker in the window that says:

"The research necessary to design this vehicle was funded with money from the Stimulus package of 2009, in which not a single Republican voted in favor."

3. Exactly! My first response was, 'They don't want to own it now,
they don't own any successes that come from it."

4. You are right. I'm sick of these assholes obstructing and then
claiming credit for progress they made every attempt to ruin. I'm waiting for the next time they yell that "reach across the isle" bullshit. They are a gang of fucking thieves who care nothing about the majority of americans.

5. If the same thing happens in the senate, hope Obama vetoes it.
Then asks for it to be redrafted with only middle class tax cuts.
