There are some truly sick people over on the military.com boards. They are spewing hate about Obama because he did not attend one of the military veteran balls. Then they are saying that he was born in Kenya and that his name will be in the mud soon. Sick people, I tell you. I thought people would eventually come around. I finally left from over there after telling them they need to try listening to someone other than Rush or Hannity. Goodness. DU is a trip sometime but they are really out of it over there. Just when I thought it was getting better.........

2. There are a lot of "wannabees" who claim military backgrounds

and go to sites like that to bloviate.. There are dunderheads, knuckleheads who are ex-military, but you may want to put some of those types in that "cheney, limbaugh, kristol set of kritters" who never served a day in their lives, but are so willing to send others out there to do it.

By the way, that was the American Legion Ball, Biden was there, and because of back up Obama could not make it. The American Legion were in no way miffed, and Obama was at the Military Commanders Ball (forgot what the exact name of it was.

3. The Republicans will have their twisted propaganda types fabricating the notion

that hatred of Obama is rampant. And looking for scenarios they can distort to fabricate such imagined slights. Remember 6% of the population will be essential psychopaths, anyway. It's not always a good idea to give them publicity.

4. The VFW Ball Obama did not attend never took place. Nobody attended.

It was canceled.

They are stupid and hateful, and most of the posters are not in the military.
