John Paul Stevens looked better and sounded better than CJ Roberts

and he's 88 years old. I expect that in the next four years that Stevens will probably resign to allow Obama to select his replacement, but I wonder if he will do so in the near future? It would be wishful thinking, I guess, for Fat Tony and his Siamese twin, Clarence Thomas to resign.

I did agree with Roberts on Heller, but that's about it.

2. Not to mention he read the longer VP words easily, correctly and well

3. About a month ago he was on CSPAN discussing court cases

and I was truely amazed. He really didn't seem even close to his age except for a hearing issue.
