Ok! Listen Up... Wanna Know What Happened at the Inauguration Yesterday????
Down in DC... NOTHING, get that N.O.T.H.I.N.G no one got arrested
or booked or ticketed for shit.

Call and asked the Police officers in DC and they will tell you, out
of 2 million people not one incident to report...imagine that.. :wow:

Police report is they are dumb founded and have never seen anything
like it, people being excited and friendly to one another...this just
the beginning folks.

For some unknown reason the sun seem to shine brighter today... go
check it out...B-)

Its 67 degrees here...

How about you???

1. Amazing... not one arrest
It is something new, eh? All those people, and all those cops.

Change is happening, and it's started out the best way possible.

Don't know if anyone has a location for the Pic yesterday of Cheney looking at Obama with the worst sneer I have seen on his face in 8 years, but sure would like it.

3. What?! I was assured all those black folk would be rioting and looting!!
I kid you not, that is what my ignorant, racist family told me.

Yesterday exemplified the goodness and peace that our country is capable of.

Interesting point about the weather:
I live in Vermont and the past few weeks we've been in the midst of a HORRIBLE cold snap. Ice, snow, BITTER temperatures.
Yesterday morning I woke up and the sun was shining and it was noticably warmer. By 2pm, the snow had melted off of my car, driveway, porch, and most of my roof top. Today looks to be similar. Coincidence?

If there is a God, he was shining upon me yesterday.

5. Give it time and the weather will calm down
the start of any season can be hectic.

4. Get used to good news.
After an 8 year run of 100% bad news this seems so strange, but obviously I'm happy about it. I could tell last night that the MSNBC anchors are giddy about the possibility of finally reporting good news.

Can anyone name one national/world story in the past 8 year that was good news?

6. And believe me, there were opportunities for a couple of stampedes.
The crowds were packed tight at certain points and wanted to move. They could have gotten rowdy but they never did.
