From the 1730s onward, we have had a president born in every decade...
...except the 1810s and the 1930s (McCain was obviously their last chance to produce a president).

And, while it's still early and there's plenty of time, it's not exactly a great start for the 1950s either.

Basically, we went from the 20s (Poppy*) to the 40s (Clinton and Chimpy) to the 60s (Obama). Weird.

*I know Carter was born in the 20s as well but I'm talking in terms of succesion here.

1. Interesting trivia
The 50s haven't had one either - Obama sort of counts - he's basically in that age group.
