It was probably copied from the campaign site, and will probably be revised soon. I don't think partisan language like that is considered appropriate for a government-funded website, and it might even violate some rules. I am all for shots at Bush but I think presidents generally avoid taking direct shots at their predecessors and I also don't think the White House website is an appropriate place for partisan shots like that.
