6. I volunteered with "Pages for Prisoners" yesterday in honor of King Day -

and I had a really good time. I read two letters from prisoners, selected books to send them, and then wrote a letter and packed them for mailing. In other words I didn't do much, but I really enjoyed the people who were there and I want to do it again. My favorite part of the day was the trip to the store the previous evening -- I bought 5 copies of "Dreams of My Father" and 5 copies of "Audacity of Hope" to donate to the group. They were happy with the donation and expect lots of requests for those books over the next few months.
