Several people have mentioned that it was pretty clear Roberts first misspoke during the Presidential Oaf of Office ceremony. They've also mentioned, right before the stumble, you can see Obama giving Roerts the stink eye and mouthing the words "Death to America."
Later, when it sounded like he said "so help me God" his words had the same kind of cadence and sing-song as "Allahu Akbar."

Per my viewings it can't be ruled out. What the heck?
