At what time will Obama get sworn in?? a
What time is Obama going to get sworn in? I heard 10 and 11 am Central Time.. Anyone care to clear it up?

8. for those on the west coast - I think ceremonies start ramping up at 8:30am PST
... and per the Constitution, he is sworn in at exactly noon (EST or EDT - as DC is in that timezone). So a few minutes before noon for the start of the actual oath sounds about right.
