Who will it be ? Lot's of big fish or more run of the mill types ?

I think he'll do a blanket job using some special language that protects anybody that followed orders and be specific with the big boys..Cheney, Addington, Rice, Rumsfield etc.

1. I don't think he can pardon anyone that has not been convicted
or indicted. I am not a legal expert any way shape or form.

9. A pardon can happen any time after the crime is committed
not after conviction.

10. He will pardon.............
.
.
.

Scooter Libby, Jack Abramoff, Duke Cunningham, Bob Ney, Tom Delay, Ted Stevens..

...and quite a few people mentioned in TPM's "Grand Ole Docket": http://www.talkingpointsmemo.com/grandolddocket.php

Unfortunately, TPM hasn't updated the Grand Ole Docket since June 2008.. but it still has some memorable names on it!

They will just place their bets that everyone will move on, and they will probably be right.

As for the GOP crooks sitting prison, Bush will probably say fuck them, remember he is only out for number 1.
