Will He Or Won't He?...Pardon Watch
8 days to cover his and the butts of people like Libby. Will he? I say not for 2 reasons, first he doesn't think he did anything wrong and can't imagine that anyone else would think so and 2) he's a mean spirited little sh*t and doesn't care what happens to anyone else. He's out of there in 8 and they can all sink or swim for themselves.

1. Anything is still possible. Grit your teeth, close your eyes and hope..........
no further destruction, malfeasance or corruption occurs; a lot can happen in eight days.

2. I think he'll pardon Libby, but not the rest of his gang
I doubt he thinks they committed a crime.

3. Your observations give me hope
I've been expecting mass pardons this next week. But I hadn't taken into account the twisted reasoning of the narcissistic, pea-brain-in-chief. I hope you're right.

5. Pea Brain
So what do you have against peas? I hope someone tells him that a pardon is tantamount to admitting guilt,

4. Are all pardons annouced?
Is there any thing stopping Bush from signing pardons for all his cronies and then handing them out to them on the 2nd to last day and not telling anyone?

I know DOJ is typically consulted, but if the POTUS wanted to give someone a pardon regardless if DOJ agreed or if the pardonee had not been charged with a crime, yet, does the POTUS have to consult DOJ or tell anyone?

6. After The Presser I Stand By My Original Contention
He doesn't think he, and by extension his admin, made any serious mistakes. So why would he pardon any of them? To do so would admit culpability. As for the convicted felon I Liar Libby, I don't think he gives a damn

7. There is no way that Cheney
would have been all over the TV and radio the last two weeks, basically admitting to authorizing torture, if he didn't know there was a pardon in his future. I say pardons for Cheney, Rummy, Condi, Gonzales, Addington, Hadley and probably a few others that I can't name at the moment.
