Bush the BIG SPENDER

The above Wash. Post article reveals that Bush's promises at his convention add up to $3 trillion. That's about $1 trillion more than he accuses Kerry of proposing (and even that's probably a lie).

Guess who's the big spender now? Kerry better hammer this = FISCAL RESPONSIBILITY.
