Whether the post is positive, there are some who will critique
it for not being positive enough or out right negative towards
the post and poster.

This is the one that gets to me...

6. I think it is the massive frustration of the past 8 years combined with overly high expectations

(really, hopes). It is idealism colliding with realism. Obama is not superman. He is as great as we are going to get. And I suspect most of us here are trying to deal with the very complex mood swings and emotions and frustrations around all of this.

The country - the world...really is quite FUBAR!

11. Yes, agreed - I've cut my posting significantly because of exhaustion

of someone or another snarking away at something. That's OK - I read here, learn a lot...and it just reminds us all of how high the stakes are, and that we will need to continue our fight unabated. Winning the White House and having majorities in the House and Senate will not make the assholes on the right go away!

I understand people's right to express concern or disagreements but he's not this perfect man that will bring world peace. But I do believe he will help turn this country in the right direction and helps many americans along the way.
