Why trust the future of Social Security to the same guy who planned Iraq ?

Why trust the future of Social Security to the same guy who planned Iraq ?
Do the American people really want to take a chance that George Bush can deliver another catastrophic success with the Social Security System? I mean at some point, regardless what you think of his policies, the reality has to dawn on you that George W. Bush is just flat out incompetent.
Everything he touches he screws up. And if he screws up Social Security the American Experiment, as we know it, might very well come collapse upon itself.

1. 4 years after Pearl Harbor, Hitler was dead.
Germany and Japan had both surrendered.

3 years after 9-11, despite spending $300 billion on wars, we still haven't caught the guy who planned the attacks.

And according to the idiot king, the 'war on terror' will never be won.
