16. C-Span actually showed the California electoral college meeting in 2004

And it was kinda cool to watch because they all met in at the statehouse and elected a chairman and such. For kicks I hope this time they show a state with only 3 electors. It would be funny to just watch the 3 of them sitting around casting their votes.
