1. Well let's see...
The EPA is stil headed by a Bush appointee. And each little division is run by...wait for it...Bush appointees. Don't hold your breath waiting for the true criminals to be named. Just the little fucks who didn't contribute some of that ill-gotten profit to some Republican campaign somewhere.

In the meantime, as a professionally registered environmental engineer, I'm not that happy about Carol's new appointment. More of the same, if you ask someone who's been on all sides of the equation.
