So I've taken to wearing a 44 year old Kennedy button...

If anyone notices or asks, I just say, "Well, it's ALMOST the same, starts with K and ends with Y from Massachusetts, right?"
It also gives the glamour of Camelot to Kerry, and gives hope for what COULD BE, if we want.
I got the button at a yard sale for $1, they're easily available on eBay and EASIER to find than a Kerry button!
Who knows, might even make a few Republicans think twice about where we SHOULD be going.
:hi:

Kerry, left, sails with President John F. Kennedy
aboard the 62-foot Coast Guard yawl Manitou
in Narragansett Bay on Aug. 26, 1962.

5. Kennedy button,
I still have the hat, button that I bought 44 years ago in Levittown, PA. I was 2l years old. Kennedy stopped and made a speech there and I got to shake his hand. They are in a frame on my wall. I also have the paper from the Trenton Times of his assassination,I was a secretary there at the time, also framed.

6. I have a very old Roosevelt button. I guess it's from the thirties.
I've worn it a few times, along with an "I Like Ike" button on occasion.

I wish I had a Kennedy button too. :D
