Well, maybe not explicitly, but you've heard her before talking about "real America existing" in small towns, which suggests that she has no use for urban centers, or even moderately sized burgs.

My guess is that it's all code, that to qualify for real America a town should be small enough to not have many "other types" in it, like blacks or hispanics, and if there are a few, these would "know their place"....

Anyway that's the picture I was getting from watching her little piece on this website linked from teamsarah's chat board, where I may lurk when bored.

And I'm bored.

4. Yeah, I've thought the "real America" stuff had a racial dog-whistle aspect to it.

It goes hand-in-hand with their attempt, during the campaign, to paint Obama as this amorphously threatening Other, "not like you and me."

Funny how the Freeper types love to talk tough, but the littlest things like, oh, a middle name or a relatively darker skin tone, will have them shaking in their boots. It's pathetic, really.
