Spanx underwear can go up in the midriff area and down the thigh past the hips and abdomen. I had several abdominal surgeries leaving me with weak AB muscles. I tried spanx and it absolutely killed me. I had to take it off after a few minutes and never wore it again. Obviously, Palin doesn't have my problems, or maybe just a bit of my problems from her numerous pregnancies. If it weren't for the surgeries i wouldn't have bothered with it. Now it doesn't matter anyway...
