She's entirely incompetent... and one of a handful of people in the Bush admin that i think deserve investigation for acts of Treason.

I say potentially because it is not clear who exactly in the admin had full knowledge of the "burn noticed" on their bogus WMD claims leading to Iraq invasion. Her desk had some of those memos, but she has said she hadn't read them basically. It's very possible that she's truly that incompetent. It's also possible that she was one of a handful of people knowingly burying that truth.
