Obama was elected now we can get DADT, DOMA struck down and ENDA and hate crime laws will pass.

But i agree. I think marriage equality will not come from states. First it will come from the Supreme Court when we get 2-3 new justices in there. Then it will be further supported by the legislature, along the same way as Brown v. Board & Civil rights act of 64.

i dislike saying any straight politician is going to do anything for us.

we get out own -- through money, vote loyalty and volunteer effort.

if we get any of those -- it's because we turn out, volunteer and donate.
