Republican incumbent Saxby Chambliss’ chances of escaping a U.S. Senate runoff seem to have gotten smaller.

On Thursday morning, Chambliss was 8,198 votes shy of the 50-percent-plus-one mark he needs. This morning, the number has nearly doubled to 16,086.

he stole the first one and he has been an absolute HORROR to humanity, the likes of which make Sarah Palin look like a viable alternative for human life.

I'm not sure how the runoff works because I've only lived here for a few years, but do we have to do a whole new GOTV effort? I'm worried that the folks who only showed up to vote for Obama here (a LOT of people) won't bother to show up for a run off vote.
