Bush Warns of 'Hidden Kerry Tax Plan'

COLMAR, Pa. - President Bush on Thursday blamed the Clinton administration for the loss of hundreds of thousands of manufacturing jobs and warned against backing the Democratic ticket in November because of a "hidden Kerry tax plan."

"Raising taxes will be bad for our economy," the president told supporters near Philadelphia.

Kerry has proposed raising taxes on only the top 2 percent of wage earners while leaving cuts for the middle-class in place.

The Republican incumbent argued that Kerry would dramatically increase government spending, but did not mention that on his own watch, federal spending has mushroomed at the fastest pace in a decade, fueled by war and a surge in non-defense spending.

8. When I debated this today

and I live in one of the most wealthy areas mind you, he said that the average income around here or something like that was 300,000 or 400,000 so they wont like the Kerry rolling back of their taxes, I responded that the median income here is actually 70-80,000 and that is not in the top 2%, Bush's taxcuts being rolled back will only affect the very wealthy who should dare I say have a tax hike. Bush calls Kerry wishy washy and indecisive and Kerry's tax plan is clear as anything and hes doing this bs, god I hope this bastard gets his ass kicked.
